Opus I: De rol van de Kerk in de spirituele organisatie van het Graafschap Holland.

Artikel I.1 :
Dit verdrag maakt van de Rooms-Aristotelische Kerk, Universeel en Ondeelbaar, de officiële staatsreligie van het Graafschap Holland. Deze erkent de Rooms-Aristotelische Kerk, Universeel en Ondeelbaar, als de enige Kerk, en ook als bezitter van de Goddelijke Waarheid.

Artikel I.2 :
Andere religies of sekten zijn verboden op Hollandse grond, zonder toestemming van de Heilige Stoel en de Aartsbisschop van Keulen.

Artikel I.3 :
Enkel het Aristotelische Geloof mag in het openbaar (hallen, herbergen etc...) verkondigd worden en heeft het recht om te bekeren.

Artikel I.4 :
Iedere overtreding van een van de Artikelen in dit verdrag zal gezien worden als ketterij.

Artikel I.5 :
De hiërarchie van de Kerk zal moeten gerespecteerd worden tijdens iedere relatie tussen de Kerk en de legitieme Raad van Holland.

Opus II:De rol van de Kerk in het burgerlijke leven.
Artikel II.1 :
De Aristotelische huwelijken zijn de enige geldige huwelijken.

Artikel II.2 :
De Kerk heeft als opdracht zorg te dragen voor de gedoopte Aristotelisch gelovigen en hen een laatste rustplaats te geven conform het Aristotelisch Dogma.

Artikel II.3 :
a. De Aristotelische Kerk zal proberen om een Aristotelische priester te hebben in elke parochie van Holland, om ervoor te zorgen dat er regelmatig missen zijn, alsook de sacramenten. Om ervoor te zorgen dat dit mogelijk is voor de burgers, zal de Graaf van Holland potentiële priesters helpen. Indien er niet in elke parochie een Aristotelische priester is zal de Aristotelische Kerk voor een tijdelijke oplossing zorgen
b. De Aartsbisschop kan een verzoek indien bij de minister van Religie om een lening te bekomen van 1200 florijnen voor iemand die klaar is voor het erudiet burgerschap (level 3). Dit is onderworpen aan het vetorecht van de graaf voor serieuze zaken en eventuele bezwaren van de raad. Nadat men erudiet burger is geworden in de weg van de kerk, zal degene de lening direct moeten terugbetalen. De Aristotelische Kerk staat garant voor deze lening, bij problemen zorgen zij ervoor dat het graafschap het geleende geld toch terug krijgt.
c. Voor de lening is overgemaakt, zal er een standaard contract worden ondertekend waarop alle voorwaarden staan waaraan gehouden moet worden. Als er een rente zal worden toegepast dient dat ook in het contract te staan; de rente zal niet meer dan 10% per dag bedragen, en gaat pas in 3 dagen nadat de lening is gegeven.
d. Als het voor het graafschap niet mogelijk is de lening te geven, moet de Graaf samen met de Aartsbisschop en de persoon die de lening wil een andere oplossing zoeken bij een bank, stad of individueel persoon om de lening aan te bieden.
e. Wanneer de Aartsbisschop gaat reizen voor religieuze doeleinden zal de raad op verzoek van de Aartsbisschop helpen zoeken naar begeleiding tijdens de reis en eventueel financiële steun geven voor de begeleiders.
f. De raad zal toestemming verlenen aan de Aartsbisschop wanneer deze tijdens een reisverbod om toestemming vraagt om te reizen. Dit enkel als het gaat om een reis met religieuze doeleinden.

Artikel II.4 :
De grote religieuze feesten zullen worden gevierd samen met de leden van de Graafschappelijke Raad, zolang dit mogelijk is voor de leden van deze laatste.

Artikel II.5 :
Het helpen van de armen is een doelstelling van de Kerk. Hun vertegenwoordigers zullen hun best doen om actief en present te zijn bij liefdadigheden, en indien mogelijk, de lokale en Provinciale autoriteiten hierin bijstaan.

Artikel II.6 :
De Kerk heeft als opdracht het volk te onderwijzen. Het volk kan zich steeds tot een geestelijke wenden.

Artikel II.7 :
De Graaf van Holland is bij voorkeur gedoopt of gaat zich laten dopen. Indien dit niet het geval is zal de Aristotelische kerk de Graaf niet erkennen. De Graaf van Holland kan niet veroordeeld worden door de Bisschoppelijke Rechtbank, ook de Officialiteit genoemd, door zijn voorbeeldfunctie jegens het volk en zijn geloof. De Raadsleden, bezitters van een openbaar ambt, worden aangeraden zich te laten dopen en zich te gedragen naar de Aristotelische principes.

Opus III: Van de interne werking van de Kerk in Holland.

Artikel III.1 :
De Aristotelische Kerk is vertegenwoordigd door Zijne Heiligheid de Paus. De Roomse Curia is, na de Pontificale Soeverein, de hoogste autoriteit van de Kerk.

Artikel III.2 :
De Kerk in Holland wordt vertegenwoordigd door het Metropoliete Aartsbisdom Keulen. Dit Metropolitaans Aartsbisdom, dat het suffragaan bisdom Utrecht bevat, wordt geleid door de Aartsbisschop, gekozen door de leden van de Bisschoppenconferentie van het Heilige Roomse Rijk. De Aartsbisschop heeft de bevoegdheid in Holland om een Kerkelijke ambt te verlenen.

Artikel III.3 :
Het respect van de kerkelijke hiërarchie zal door ieder gerespecteerd moeten worden

Opus IV: Kerkelijke wetgeving en de justitie van de Kerk.

Artikel IV.1 :
De (Zeer) Heilige Inquisitie en de Officialiteiten met rechtspraak op grondgebied van het Graafschap Holland zullen werken volgens de regelgeving beschreven in het Canoniek Recht, met name het IVe Boek van het Canoniek Recht dat handelt over de justitie van de Kerk.

Artikel IV.2 :
De Heilige Inquisitie heeft als rol te onderzoeken en te vervolgen: ketters, godslasteraars, heksen en sekteleden, zoals gedefinieerd in dit verdrag. De Heilige Inquisitie zal het recht hebben om de lokale justitie om hulp te vragen indien dit nodig is. De lokale justitie kan niet gevraagd worden rechtszaken te voeren in naam van de kerk.

Artikel IV.3 :
Het Canoniek Recht van de Rooms-Aristotelische Kerk bezit over volledige rechtsgeldigheid in het Graafschap Holland zolang de artikelen in dit verdrag niet geschonden worden. De Kerk zal zich houden aan het Canoniek Recht te verklaren aan de autoriteiten van het Graafschap Holland indien formeel gevraagd.

Artikel IV.4 :
Van de misdrijven:

- Ketterij houdt in: het verwerpen van een deel of het gehele dogma.
- Afvalligheid houdt een of meerdere daden van verloochening van het Aristotelische Geloof in; gepleegd door een gedoopte.
- Iedere publieke uiting van andere religieuze ideeën, verschillend dan de gesproken teksten van de Aartsbisschop zijn strafbaar.
- Iedere schelding tegenover het Aristotelische Geloof of godslasterend parool is verboden op publieke plaatsen (herbergen, stadshallen, etc.).
- Iedere belediging tegenover een geestelijke omwille van zijn Aristotelische Geloof of afbreuk doen aan de status van een geestelijke is strikt verboden. Hoe hoger de positie van de geestelijke in de kerkelijke hiërarchie, hoe strenger de straf.
- Iedere verspreiding van een ander geloof op publieke plaatsen is verboden.
- Atheïsme is een zware vorm van godslastering en zal zwaar worden bestraft.
- Ieder vandalisme of ontering van kerkelijke plaatsen en/of kerkhoven is strik verboden en zal zwaar bestraft worden door de Heilige Inquisitie.
- Hekserij, dat de leer van vermeende magische kunsten of rituelen inhoudt, wordt bestraft, het gedachten lezen eveneens.
- Meineed wordt beschouwd als verraad tegenover God door een belofte van een sacrament te verbreken.
- Zich beschouwen als God, Aristoteles of Christos zal zwaar bestraft worden.

Opus I: The role of the Church in the spiritual organization of the County of Holland.

Article I.1 :
This treaty makes the Roman-Aristotelian Church, Universal and Indivisible, the official state church of the County of Holland. The County of Holland recognizes the Roman-Aristotelian Church, Universal and Indivisible, as the only Church, and also possessor of the True Religion.
Holland recognizes the existence of the Holy See and all of her institutes.

Article I.2 :
Other religions or sects are forbidden on Dutch territory, without permission of the Holy See and the Archbishop of Cologne.

Article I.3 :
Only the Aristotelian Religion is allowed to be proclaimed in public (City halls, taverns, etc...) and has the right to convert.

Article I.4 :
Every violation of one of the Articles is seen as heresy.

Article I.5 :
The hierarchy of the Church shall be respected in every situation between the Church and the legitimate Council of Holland.

Opus II: The role of the Church in civil life.

Article II.1 :
The Aristotelian marriage is the only valid marriage.

Article II.2 :
The Church has as mission to take care of the Baptized Aristotelian people giving them a final resting place and bury them by the Aristotelian Dogma.

Article II.3 :
a. The Aristotelian Church will try to ensure that there is an Aristotelian priest in every parish in Holland, to ensure mass can take place regularly, as well as the sacraments. In order to ensure this is possible for the good of its citizens, the County of Holland shall help potential priests become eligible for the role. If there is not a Aristotelian priest en every parish the Aristotelian Church will provide a temporary solution.
b. Upon request from the Archbishop to the Minister of Religion, the County shall lend the sum of 1200 florins to an individual who is ready to reach level 3, subject to veto by the Count for serious issues and consideration of any objections from the Council. Upon leveling up and becoming church way, the recipient shall immediately return the funds. The Aristotelian Church stands for the loan, in case of any problems they will ensure the County will get there loan money back.
c. Before the loan is made, a standard contract shall clearly state the conditions. If interest is to be applied, this shall be stated in the contract in particular; interest shall never be more than 10% per day, and shall only be applied at least 3 days after the loan is given.
d. If the County is unable to grant the loan, the Count, Archbishop and the person getting the loan will cooperate to search another solution with a bank, town or private individual to offer the funds.
e. When the Archbishop will be traveling for religious purposes, the Council will help find support and possibly financial support at the request of the Archbishop.
f. The Council will give the Archbishop permission to travel when the Archbishop asks for it during a travelling ban. This only when the Archbishop travels for religious purpuses.

Article II.4 :
The big religious festivals will be celebrated together with the members of the Council, if it is possible for the members of the Council.

Article II.5 :
Helping the poor is a goal of the Church. Their representatives need to do their best to stay active and present on charities, and if possible, join forces with cities and council authorities.

Article II.6 :
The Church has a mission to educate people. People can, if they want, go to a clerk.

Article II.7 :
The Count of Holland is preferably baptized or will be baptized soon. If this is not the case, the Aristotelian Church will not recognize the count. The Count of Holland is not allowed to be condemned by the Church Court, whereas he has a example function for the people and his Religion. His Council members, public representatives, are recommended to get baptized and behave according to the principles of the Aristotelian Religion.

Opus III: The internal workings of the Church in Holland.

Article III.1 :
The Aristotelic Church is represented by His Holiness the Pope. The Roman Curie is, after the pontifical lord, the highest authority within the Church.

Article III.2 :
The Church in Holland is represented through the Archbishopric
of Cologne. This metropolitan bishopric (that covers Utrecht) is led by his Archbishop, chosen through the members of the Bishops’ Conference of the Holy Roman Empire. The Archbishop has all the power within Holland to make someone priest or any other function of the Church’s functions.

Article III.3 :
The Church’s Hierarchy has to be respected by everyone.

Opus IV: Church’s legislation and the justice of the Church.

Article IV.1 :
The (Very) Holy Inquisition and the Officialities with jurisdiction on territory of the County of Holland will work according to the rules written in the Canon Law, especially book IV of the Canon Law that charges the jurisdiction of the Church.

Article IV.2 :
The Holy Inquisition has a goal to research and then prosecute: heretics, blasphemers, witches and cult members, as defined in this convention. The Holy Inquisition has the right to ask the local jurisdiction for help if needed. The local juristiction can not be asked to perform court cases in the name of the church.

Article IV.3 :
The Canon Law of the Roman- Aristotelian Church possesses full legality in the County of Holland as long as the articles in this convention are not broken. The Church will comply the Canon Law to explain to the authorities of the County of Holland, if asked formally.

Article IV.4:
Of the following crimes:

-Heresy consists the rejection of a part, or the whole Dogma.
-Apostasy means one or more acts of denial of the Aristotelian Religion committed by a baptized.
-Any public expression of other religious ideas, different than the spoken texts of the Archbishop are punishable.
-Every rebuke against the Aristotelian Religion or blasphemous slogan is prohibited in public places (City halls, taverns, etc...)
-Any offense against a cleric because of his Aristotelian Religion or affect the status of a cleric is strictly prohibited. The higher the position of the cleric in the Church’s Hierarchy, the stricter the punishment.
-Any spread of a different religion in public places is strictly prohibited.
-Atheism is a severe form of blasphemy and will be severely punished.
Any vandalism or desecration of religious places and/or cemeteries is strictly prohibited and will be severely punished by the Holy Inquisition.
-Witchcraft, alleged that the doctrine of magical arts or ritual entails is punished, and mind reading also.
-Perjury is considered as treason to Jah by breaking a promise of a sacrament.
-To consider oneself as Jah, Aristotle or Christos will be severely punished.
